Our vacation home Feldkoje in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn in Scandinavian design is approx. 119 square meters in size and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The single-storey vacation home is located on a large and inviting property (approx. 630 sqm) on the edge of the village with an unobstructed view to the west over the typical Fehmarn field landscape.
The outstanding feature of the architecture is the spacious, central living space, which forms the heart of the house. The approx. 50 m² living, dining and kitchen area is extended up to the roof and thus offers an incredibly great feeling of space.
The room invites you to spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace, to cook together with friends and family, to play and chat. At the same time, you can enjoy the expansive view of the natural surroundings and beautiful sunsets.
The living space impresses with its Scandinavian, timeless design, which has been implemented with high-quality furniture and materials and great attention to detail.
The room is flooded with light and friendly thanks to its east-west orientation. The floor in the living room is made of mineral microcement and radiates a great deal of visual and tactile comfort.
The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with oak fronts, ceramic worktop and free-standing fridge-freezer is also located here. The electrical appliances are just as high quality as the kitchen itself and invite you to relax and cook.
The room is complemented by a large, cozy sofa from where you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding fields and bends.
The fireplace with windows on three sides is centrally located between the sofa and dining area. This means the fire can be enjoyed from any position in the room.
The vacation home is particularly family-friendly, as all rooms are at ground level and there is a basic set of toys.
All three bedrooms have electric external shutters and comfortable box-spring beds for a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and has an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub.
The second bedroom also has a double bed (180x200).
In the third bedroom, the beds can either be separated (90x200 each) or pushed together as a double bed (180x200). The second bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has a rain shower and WC.
For the little ones, there is enough space in each bedroom for an additional travel cot (provided on request).
The garden can be used according to personal preference thanks to the many seating options.
Whether you want to relax on the sun loungers on the wooden deck or enjoy an extended meal on the covered or open terrace - you can enjoy the unobstructed view of nature from anywhere.
The best way to start the day is with breakfast on the east-facing terrace in front of the house.
There is a fire pit with seating behind the property. Here you can round off a wonderful day by the campfire.
Bicycles or sports equipment can be conveniently stored in the shed. The property has two parking spaces.
Other facilities include a washing machine, microwave, high chair and barbecue.
Bicycles can also be hired in the village.
There is also a lovely playground in Dänschendorf, which is within easy walking distance. The surrounding country lanes are ideal for relaxing walks.
We have planned and realized our vacation home with a lot of love in order to show off the great location of the property and thus provide our guests with an unforgettable vacation in a special ambience.
